Messages from the Organizing CommitteeOn-Site Regristration Due to some technical issues, we can’t set up a credit card payment system for your registration of MMSP 2008 on-site. Therefore, if you want to do an on-site registration, please pay your fee in cash (eg, IEEE member will pay AUD 760). Thanks for your cooperation and wish you have a happy stay in Cairns MMSP 2008 Local Organization Committee Final Technical Program The final Technocal Program is now available for download. Download the Technical Program PDF Instruction for Poster Presentation If your paper presentation has not been allocated in the oral presentation, please read the following instruction for poster presentation. To efficiently present your research on the poster, it is important that you display your message clearly and noticeably to attract people who might have an interest in your paper. Your poster should cover the key points of your work rather than to include all the details. You may give a detail description in person to the people who are interested. The ideal poster is designed to attract attention, provide a brief overview of your work, and initiate discussion. It is highly recommended that you prepare a short presentation of about 5 minutes that you can periodically give to those assembled around your poster throughout the poster session. For your poster, a board space will be provided which measures 120cm wide x 90 cm high (landscape orientation). Therefore, it is ideal for you to print an A0 size poster or an equivalent size. It is expected that your poster can be read from 1.5 meter distance. We are looking forward to seeing you in Cairns and wish you have a happy stay. MMSP 2008 Technocal Committee |
